Confirmation deadline
The service must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
Activities on Sunday and Monday must be scheduled during the day on Friday at the latest. Our guides do not have a commitment to Activar on the weekend, unless we have activities, so we need to coordinate with them before the weekend.
Cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the activity are free of charge. Up to 24 hours before the activity, the cost is 50% of the amount paid. If canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the activity, the cost is 50% or 100% depending on whether the guides are already at the location of the walk.
Other situations will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS IF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY OUT THE ACTIVITY DUE TO EXTERNAL CONDITIONS:
In natural situations (landslides, rain, fire, intense heat, red alerts…) there is no payment. In other situations, we will analyze together.
MINIMUM ADVANCE FOR LAST MINUTE ORDERS:
You can always contact us and we will try to respond, but remember that it may not be possible.

Payment must be made up to 48 hours before the activity, in order to guarantee that it takes place and so that we can activate personal accident insurance for participants and confirm the guide(s).

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE CONDITIONS (according to the Law)
Coverages:
- Death by accident: €21,710.28
- Permanent disability due to accident: €21,710.28
- Accident treatment expenses: €3,800.31
- Simultaneous death of the insured person and spouse: €15,000.00
- Funeral expenses: €5,000.00
- Expenses for rescue operations, search and transport of victims: €1,000.00
- Civil Liability Insurance: Coverage: 50,000.00
COMMENTS:
Customer details must be sent to the insurance company – Full name and date of birth.
Activities can only be carried out ensuring a minimum of 2 participants, or if only one, pays the amount for two people.
Half-day activities will start at 9am or 2pm.
The use of appropriate footwear and poles is recommended.
